Kick Butt Spin
INDOOR CYCLING (Kick Butt Spin) classes will teach proper positioning on our Keiser stationary bikes and cycle form with intervals for endurance and speed drills for performance. All levels welcome, we ride to a combination of rpm’s, gears and watts working cardio, muscle strength and endurance working at your own individual pace. Bike shorts, water bottle, heart rate monitor and clip-on bike shoes recommended. Get ready to rock and roll!
