Restorative Yoga & Pranayama

Pranayama is the source of prana: life force. Explore 6-10 yummy opening, relaxing poses that are supported by props {such as blocks, blankets, & bolsters} to experience your fullest spectrum of muscular release, restoration & relaxation. We begin with Pranayama, breath controlling techniques, to deepen our relaxation response threshold. Easy-going like every Sunday morning should be. This class is a slow Kripalu based restorative flow yoga class. Great for unwinding after a weekend of playing in the outdoors. Utilizing props effectively, this is a great class for all levels!
