TRX Combo Power Hour

TRX is a unique, fun, & specific form of Suspension Training that uses your own bodyweight to strengthen & tone the whole body from the core out. TRX combinations are great for weight loss. Come try out our New Fitness Instructor, Joanna – who is a professional “butt-kicker” – & is promised to leave you feeling delightfully worked-out from head to toe! This class is offered outside on the Fitness Centers’ pool deck where we can hang the TRX bands.
